What is Bias Binding
Bias binding is used for many applications and is manufactured by cutting strips of fabric on the bias (45º to the straight grain) which is used to give a neat, finished edge to fabric. Because is can stretch, it can be very useful on curved edges because it can wrap around smoothly which cannot be achieved with straight up fabric.
